Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes boiled and cut into small cubes
- 2 large onions chopped
- 3 small carrot, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups yogurt, whisked
- 2 teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a bowl mix together potatoes, onion, carrots and yogurt. Mix well. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds and green chillies, allow it to splutter. Add to the yogurt and add salt and mix well.
- Serve with aloo paratha.
