Ingredients for Pudina Chutney Recipe

  • Fresh Mint Leaves 1 bunch

  • Yogurt 4-5

  • Yogurt 1/2 cup

  • Pomegranate seeds (anardana) 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Asafoetida a pinch


Step 1

Pick, clean and wash the mint leaves. Roughly chop them. Remove stems, wash and roughly chop green chillies.

Step 2

Whisk yogurt. Grind the mint leaves, pomegranate seeds and green chillies to a fine paste in a grinder.

Step 3

Transfer to a bowl, add salt, whisked yogurt, asafoetida and mix well. Serve.
