Ingredients
- 5-6 asparagus
 - White bread slices edges discarded and cut into 4
 - 16 pepperoni slices
 - ½ teaspoon butter + for topping
 - ½ cup cheddar cheese grated
 - Crushed black peppercorns to taste
 - Salt to taste
 - 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
 
Method
- Spread some butter on each bread piece. Place one pepperoni slice on each bread pieces.
 - Cut asparagus into 2-inch pieces and place 3 pieces on each bread piece.
 - Take cheese in a bowl. Add crushed peppercorns, salt and chilli flakes and mix well.
 - Put some cheese mixture on asparagus on each bread piece.
 - Heat ½ teaspoon butter in a non-stick pan. Place prepared bread, cover and cook till cheese melts.
 - Serve immediately.
