Paneer Aur Kaju Ki Sabzi

Ingredients 

  • 200 grams cotage cheese , cut into1 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup cashewnuts, ground
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 3-4 green cardamoms
  • 7-8 green chillies, chopped
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves 

Method

  1. Heat ghee in kadai, add green cardamoms and green chillies. Sauté for few seconds.
  2. Add cashewnut paste and sauté for two minutes. Add yogurt and one cup of water in it. Stir and cook on medium heat.
  3. Add sugar and salt and mix well. When it comes to a boil add paneer. Stir for two more minutes.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
