Ingredients list for Oatmeal and Nutty Toffee Rolls
- 1 cup Oatmeal
 - 1/4 cup Almonds chopped
 - 1/4 cup Walnuts chopped
 - 1/4 cup Pistachios chopped
 - 1 cup Castor sugar
 - 1 tablespoon Ghee
 - 1/4 cup Jaggery grated
 - 1/4 cup Fresh cream
 - 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
 - 2 tablespoons Butter
 
Method
- Dry roast oatmeal in a non-stick pan till golden.
 - To make toffee sauce, caramelize castor sugar in another non-stick pan, stirring occasionally.
 - Transfer oatmeal into a bowl.
 - Heat ghee in another non-stick pan. Add almonds, walnuts and pistachios and fry.
 - Add jaggery, 1-2 tbsps water, mix and fry till the nuts turn golden and jaggery melts.
 - Add cream, vanilla essence and butter to the caramelized sugar. Mix well and switch off the heat.
 - Add jaggery mixture to the roasted oatmeal and mix well. Cool to room temperature.
 - Divide the oat-jaggery mixture into equal portions shaped into small cylinders and place them on a serving plate.
 - Drizzle toffee sauce on top and serve immediately.
