By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Noodles, Milk Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Noodle Cutlet 200 grams Noodles boiled 2 tablespoons Milk 2 tablespoons Refined flour (maida) 1 1/2 cups Milk to taste Salt 1 teaspoon White pepper powder for shallow frying Oil Method Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add refined flour and sauté. Add milk and whisk well till it thickens. Add salt, white pepper powder and mix well. Remove from heat and set aside. Grease an aluminium burfi tray and pour the mixture into it and spread. Refrigerate for half an hour and then cut into squares. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Place the cutlets on it and shallow-fry till golden from both the sides. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
