Ingredients list for Mixed Vegetable Usli
- 150 grams French beans finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Green peas
- 1 large Carrot finely chopped
- 1 small Cauliflower separated into small florets
- 1 teaspoon Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1 Dried red chilli halved
- to taste Salt
- 3 tablespoons Scraped coconut
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and allow them to sputter.
- Add red chilli and sauté for a minute.
- Add the vegetables, one-by-one, and sauté for two minutes.
- Add salt and little water, if required, stir and simmer till the vegetables are cooked.
- Add coconut and mix well. Serve hot.
