Add salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Mix well and remove from heat. In a bowl mix together wheat and refined flour, carom seeds add salt and little water to make a hard dough. Cover and set aside for fifteen minutes. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into balls. Roll out each ball to a small disc and place a tablespoon of the peas mixture and gather the edges to make a ball and flatten it. Roll it lightly to make small puris. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the puris till golden and puffed.
