Ingredients list for Malai tadka
- 1 cup Cream
- 2 medium Onions cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 teaspoon Oil
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- a pinch Dried fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi)
- 2 medium Tomatoes cut into 1 inch cubes
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan add onions and saute till light brown.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder , kasoori methi and saute for a minute.
- Add tomatoes and malai saute for a minute and remove from flame.
- Serve hot.
