Ingredients list for Macaroni Soup With Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Macaroni boiled
- 2 medium Tomato chopped
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Garlic chopped
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 4 tablespoons Tomato puree
- 5 cups Vegetable stock
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 8-10 Basil leaves shredded
Method
- Heat the butter in a deep non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till soft.
- Add the onion and tomatoes, mix well and cook for five to eight minutes. Add tomato puree and mix well.
- Add the vegetable stock, salt, black pepper powder, mix well and cook for ten to fifteen minutes.
- Add the macaroni and basil leaves, mix well and serve hot.
