Ingredients
- 200 grams linguini
- 12-14 medium button mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup cream
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3-4 garlic cloves ,crushed
- 1 medium green capsicum,cut into thin strips
- 1 medium red capsicum,cut into thin strips
- 1 medium yellow capsicum,cut into thin strips
- 7-8 black peppercorns , freshly ground
- 1/2 teaspoon dry rosemary,crumbled
- 50 grams processed cheese,cubed
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Method
- Melt butter in a heavy, large pan over medium heat. Add garlic, mushrooms and the three coloured capsicums and sauté for two minutes.
- Add freshly ground pepper, cream and rosemary. Stir well till blended. Add linguini and cheese and stir till cheese melts. Adjust salt.
- Transfer into serving bowls and serve garnished with fresh parsley.
