Ingredients

  • 1 small cabbage ,cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 4 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons crushed red chillies 
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds (til) roasted

Method

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan. Add brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, crushed red chillies and salt. Add cabbage and turn off the heat. Toss well. Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.
