Ingredients for Kache Aam ki Chutney Recipe

  • Raw Mango grated 1/2 kilogram

  • Sugar 250 grams

  • Salt to taste

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Fennel seed (saunf) powder 1 tablespoon

  • Coriander powder 1 tablespoon


Step 1

In a large bowl combine together grated mangoes, sugar and salt and let it stand for three hours.

Step 2

Heat oil in a non stick pan add red chilli powder, fennel powder, coriander powder and saute for a minute.

Step 3

Add the masala to the mango mixture and mix well.

Step 4

Store in the air tight container and serve with capatis.
