Method

  1. Heat 4 cups water in a non-stick pan. Add sugar and lemongrass leaf pieces and bring to a boil. 
  2. Add tea bags and let them brew. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. 
  3. In a jar, add lots of ice cubes, fresh mint leaves, 8-10 lemon slices and strain the prepared tea in it. Stir well. 
  4. Put some ice cubes into in each of 4 serving glasses, pour in the iced tea, garnish with lemongrass stems and serve immediately.
