Ingredients 

  • 4-5 pickled jalapenos
  • 4 medium potatoes,boiled, peeled and cubed
  • 3/4 cup hung yogurt
  • Salt to taste
  • 5-6 black peppercorns,crushed
  • 2-3 garlic cloves 
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard sauce
  • 6 spring onion bulbs
  • 4-5 lollorosso lettuce

Method

  1. Take hung yogurt in a bowl, add salt and peppercorns. Crush garlic and add along with mayonnaise and mustard sauce and mix well.
  2. Roughly chop spring onion bulbs.Add potatoes and spring onions to the yogurt mixture. Finely chop jalapeno and add and mix everything lightly.
  3. Chill and serve on a bed of lettuce.
