By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Oct 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Oats, Dosa batter Cuisine South Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Healthy Uttappam 1 cup Oats , roasted and powdered 1 cup Dosa batter 1/2 cup Mixed sprouts 1 medium Onion , finely chopped 1 small Tomato , finely chopped 1 Green chilli , finely chopped to taste Salt to grease Oil Method Take oats in a bowl, add dosa batter, salt and 3-4 tablespoons water and whisk well to get a smooth batter. Take the sprouts in another bowl, add onions, tomato, green chillies and salt and mix well. Grease a non-stick pan with some oil. Pour a ladleful of the uttapam batter and spread it thickly. Sprinkle some sprout mixture over it and let the uttappam cook, when the underside is light golden, flip and cook the other side similarly. Make more uttappam from the remaining batter.
