By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Hazelnut-chocolate spread , Powdered sugar Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 1-1.30 hour Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Hazelnut-Chocolate Stuffed Pancakes 1 as required Hazelnut-chocolate spread ½ cup Powdered sugar 1 cup Refined flour (maida) 1 teaspoon Baking powder 2 Eggs 1½ teaspoons Vanilla essence ¾ cup Milk as required Butter Method Place a sheet of butter paper on the worktop. Place small portions of hazelnut-chocolate spread at the corners and flatten a little with a palate knife, ensuring that the shape stays round. Freeze till set. Sieve together refined flour, powdered sugar and baking powder into a bowl. Add eggs, vanilla essence and milk and whisk well to a smooth batter. Heat some butter in a non-stick pan. Pour ladlefuls of batter and spread into two individual pancakes. Cook till the underside is done. Remove the hazelnut-chocolate spread rounds from the butter paper and place it on one pancake.Cover with another pancake and cook for a minute. Similarly prepare other pancakes.
