Ingredients list for Hara Bhara Pakoda

  • 1 cup Fenugreek Leaves chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Rice flour
  • 4 tablespoons Gram flour
  • 1/2 cup Cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon Green chilli paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • to taste Salt
  • for deep-frying Oil

Method

  1. In a bowl mix together, fenugreek leaves, refined flour, rice flour, gram flour, cheese, salt, green chilli paste, garlic paste, cumin powder and salt. Add little water and make a smooth batter.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai, Make small pakoras of the batter and fry them till golden and crisp. Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
  3. Serve hot.
