Ingredients list for Hara Bhara Pakoda
- 1 cup Fenugreek Leaves chopped
- 4 tablespoons Cheese
- 4 tablespoons Rice flour
- 4 tablespoons Gram flour
- 1/2 cup Cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon Green chilli paste
- 1/2 tablespoon Garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
- to taste Salt
- for deep-frying Oil
Method
- In a bowl mix together, fenugreek leaves, refined flour, rice flour, gram flour, cheese, salt, green chilli paste, garlic paste, cumin powder and salt. Add little water and make a smooth batter.
- Heat oil in a kadai, Make small pakoras of the batter and fry them till golden and crisp. Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot.
