Ingredients list for Garlic Baked Fish

  • 10-12 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Fish Fillets
  • 4 slices Bread slices
  • to taste Salt
  • few sprigs Fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons Red chilli paste
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Trim the browned edges of the bread slices, tear them roughly and put them into a chopper jar.
  2. Add garlic and salt and process. Add a few parsley sprigs and process again. Transfer into a plate.
  3. Dilute red chilli paste with 1 tbsp water.
  4. Cut fish into 2 inch square pieces. Squeeze juice of the lemon and sprinkle over them. Apply the red chilli paste generously and cover with the spiced bread crumbs.
  5. Press lightly and place them in a baking dish.
  6. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
