Ingredients for Garlic Baked Fish Recipe

  • Garlic 10-12 cloves

  • Fish Fillets 2

  • Bread slices 4 slices

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh parsley few sprigs

  • Red chilli paste 2 teaspoons

  • Lemon 1

  • Extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons


Step 1

Trim the browned edges of the bread slices, tear them roughly and put them into a chopper jar.

Step 2

Add garlic and salt and process. Add a few parsley sprigs and process again. Transfer into a plate. Dilute red chilli paste with 1 tbsp water. Preheat oven to 200°C

Step 3

Cut fish into 2 inch square pieces. Squeeze juice of the lemon and sprinkle over them. Apply the red chilli paste generously and cover with the spiced bread crumbs. Press lightly and place them in a baking dish. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Serve hot.
