Ingredients list for Flax Seed Chutney
- 1/2 cup Flax Seeds
- Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Sesame oil (til oil)
- 25-30 Garlic cloves mashed
- 8-10 Dried red chillies broken
- 3 tablespoons White sesame seeds
- to taste Rock salt (sendha namak)
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till golden. Add dried red chillies and sauté till crisp.
- Add flax seeds and sesame seeds and transfer into a mixer jar. Add rock salt and cool and grind to a chutney.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
