Ingredients for Fish Cutlet Recipe

  • Fish Fillet 500 grams

  • Bread Crumbs 2 teaspoons

  • Bread slice soaked in water 2

  • Green chillies chopped 2

  • Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon

  • Cornflour/ corn starch 1 tablespoon

  • coriander leaves 1/2 bunch

  • Salt to taste

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Egg 1

  • Bread crumbs 1 cup

  • Oil for frying

Method

Step 1

In a bowl mix together fish mince, ginger garlic paste, soaked bread slice, green chillies,garam masala, cornflour,coriander leaves, salt and turmeric powder.

Step 2

Mix well. Divide into equal portions and shape to form cutlets.Break the egg in a bowl and whisk it well. Dip the cutlets in the dip mixture and roll them in bread crumbs.

Step 3

Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the cutlets till golden and crisp. Drain and remoce on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
