Egg pulusu By Sanjeev Kapoor 29 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Eggs, Clove Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Select Taste Level of Cooking Medium Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Egg pulusu 3-4 Eggs 1 Clove 1 tablespoon Oil 1 Green cardamom 1 inch Cinnamon stick 1 sprigs Curry leaves 1 Onion sliced 6 Garlic cloves sliced 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt 3 tablespoons Tamarind pulp To grind 4 tablespoons Freshly grated coconut 1/2 teaspoon Aniseed Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add clove, green cardamom, cinnamon and curry leaves. Once it splutters add onion, garlic fry till it turns slight brown. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and sauté well and add tamarind pulp with required water and salt and mix well. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add ground coconut mixture, mix well and bring to a boil. Break eggs and add and mix well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes and mix well.
