Ingredients
- 3 wholewheat flour rotis
- 2 cups soya granules, soaked and drained
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 inch stalk of celery, finely chopped
- 1 small green capsicum, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon dried mixed herbs
- 1 medium carrot, finely chopped
- 1 cup tomato concasse
- Salt to taste
- 1½ cups white sauce
- ¾ cup grated processed cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 160º C.
- Put soya granules in a bowl, add onion, celery, capsicum, mixed herbs, carrot, tomato concasse and salt and mix well.
- Spread a little white sauce in a baking dish, place some grated cheese over it, place 1 roti, spread some soya mixture, place some more grated cheese, spread some more white sauce, cover with anotherroti. Repeat these layers till all the rotis, soya mixture, grated cheese and white sauce are used up.
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-22 minutes.
- Serve hot.
