Ingredients list for Cuppa Sheera - SK Khazana

  • 3/4 cup Semolina (rawa/suji)
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee
  • 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • for garnish Mixed nuts chopped
  • to serve Puries

Method

  1. Take two large cups. In each cup add 1 tbsp ghee, ⅓ cup semolina, ¼ tsp green cardamom powder, ⅓ cup sugar, ½ cup milk and½ cup water and, mix well.
  2. Keep the cups in the Microwave and cook on high for 1 minute, take it out and mix well. Cook in the Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  3. Keep the cups on separate serving platters, garnish with mixed chopped nuts and serve hot with puris.
