Ingredients list for Crispy Chicken Fingers
- 250 grams Boneless chicken cut into strips
- for deep-frying Oil
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1 Egg
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
- to taste Salt
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 cup Cornstarch
Method
- Heat sufficient oil in a pan.
- Combine yogurt and an egg in a bowl and whisk well. Add chicken and mix well. Add crushed peppercorns and salt and mix again.
- Coat the marinated chicken strips with bread crumbs and cornstarch.
- Deep-fry the coated chicken strips in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot.
