Ingredients for Creamy Spinach And Beans Baby Pizza Recipe

  • Cream 2 tablespoons

  • Spinach blanched 1 medium bunch

  • Baked beans 8 tablespoons

  • Whole wheat pizza breads 4

  • Onion 1 medium

  • Garlic 3-4 cloves

  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon

  • Butter 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Mixed herbs 1/2 teaspoon

  • Mozzarella cheese 100 grams

  • Crushed red chillies 1 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Squeeze spinach leaves and chop them roughly. Put into a mixer jar, add onion and garlic and grind to a coarse paste.

Step 2

Heat olive oil and butter in a non stick pan. Add spinach puree and sauté.

Step 3

Heat a non stick tawa. Keep the pizza bases on it and let them get heated through. Turn over and let the other side get heated too.

Step 4

Add salt and mixed herbs to the spinach and mix. Add cream and mix. Place the pizza bases on the work top and spread the spinach sauce over them.

Step 5

Grate mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Keep the pizzas on the tawa again.

Step 6

Spread 2 tbsps baked beans over each pizza. Sprinkle crushed red chillies and cook for a few minutes or till the cheese begins to melt. Serve hot.
