By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Aug 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Sweet corn kernels, Capsicum Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 5 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Corn Capsicum Tikki 1 cup Sweet corn kernels coarsely crushed 5 tablespoons Capsicum finely chopped 2 Raw bananas boiled 2 tablespoons Green chilli paste 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 tablespoon Sugar to taste Salt for coating Bread crumbs to deep fry Oil Method Combine all the ingredients, except the bread crumbs, in a bowl and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small round flat tikkis. Roll each tikki into bread crumbs so that they are evenly coated from all the sides. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry each tikki, till they turn golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
