Ingredients for Chilli Cheese Roti Recipe

  • Green chillies finely chopped 2-3

  • Processed cheese grated 1 cup

  • leftover rotis 4

  • Onion finely chopped 1 medium

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Egg 1

  • Salt to taste

Method

Step 1

To prepare filling, combine cheese, onion, chopped green chillies, chilli powder, egg and salt in a bowl and mix well

Step 2

Heat oil in a non-stick tawa. Place a roti, spread some prepared filling evenly and roast on low heat till cheese melts and eggs are cooked. Similarly make other rotis.

Step 3

Cut into 4 pieces and serve hot.
