Ingredients list for Chilli Cheese Roti

  • 2-3 Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 cup Processed cheese grated
  • 4 leftover rotis
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 Egg
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. To prepare filling, combine cheese, onion, chopped green chillies, chilli powder, egg and salt in a bowl and mix well
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick tawa. Place a roti, spread some prepared filling evenly and roast on low heat till cheese melts and eggs are cooked. Similarly make other rotis.
  3. Cut into 4 pieces and serve hot.
