By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Apr 2016 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Advertisment Main Ingredients White bread slices, Green chutney Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Chilli Cheese Chutney Sandwich 8 White bread slices 4 tablespoons Green chutney 1 large Cheese chopped 1 cup Green chutney grated 5 tablespoons Butter 1 medium Onion chopped to taste Salt Advertisment Method Heat one tablespoon of butter in a non-stick pan, add onion and capsicum and sauté for four to five minutes. Remove from heat and transfer in a bowl. Add cheese, salt and green chutney and mix well. Apply one tablespoon of butter on each of four bread slices and spread capsicum mixture on them. Cover with remaining four bread slices. Heat a sandwich toaster. Brush some butter on top of the sandwiches and place them in the toaster. Toast till golden. Remove from heat, cut into triangles and serve hot with green chutney.
