Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Chicken and Feta Salad Recipe

  • Boneless chicken cut into small cubes 150 grams

  • Feta cheese cut into small cubes 75 grams

  • Oil 1 tablespoon

  • Garlic chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste

  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon

  • mustard paste ½ teaspoon

  • Tabasco sauce 2-3 drops

  • Lettuce leaves Romaine, torn 6-7

  • Cherry tomatoes halved 8-10

  • Carrots baby 6-8

  • Green olives pitted 6-8


Step 1

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add chicken, mix and cook for 30 seconds. Add salt and crushed peppercorns, mix and cook till chicken is done. Remove from heat and cool.

Step 2

To prepare dressing, put olive oil, mustard paste, Tabasco sauce, salt and crushed peppercorns in a small glass jar, cover and shake well.

Step 3

Put lettuce, cherry tomatoes, baby carrots and green olives in a bowl. Pour dressing and mix well.

Step 4

Transfer the salad on a serving platter. Put some feta cheese and cooked chicken on top.

Step 5

Serve immediately.
