Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Chicken Lazone Recipe

  • Chicken breasts 4

  • Butter 1/4 cup + for greasing

  • Salt to taste

  • Red chilli powder 1 1/2 teaspoons

  • Onion powder 1 1/2 teaspoons

  • Garlic Powder 2 teaspoons

  • Oil for grilling

  • Heavy Cream 1/2 cup


Step 1

Preheat oven at 180ºC. Grease a baking tray with some butter.

Step 2

Take chicken breasts on a plate. Sprinkle salt, chilli powder, onion powder and garlic powder and rub well on both sides.

Step 3

Heat oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place the chicken breasts in it and grill till grill marks appear on both sides. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 4

Place the chicken on the greased tray, put the tray in the preheated oven and cook for four to five minutes.

Step 5

To prepare sauce, heat cream in a non-stick pan. Add butter and salt, mix and let the mixture thicken.

Step 6

Serve chicken with the prepared sauce.
