Ingredients list for Cheesy Kababs

  • 1/4 cup Processed cheese grated
  • 1/2 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Green chilli chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 12 White bread slices
  • to deep fry Oil

Method

  1. Mix together grated cheese, onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, cumin powder, chilli powder and keep aside.
  2. Trim the edges of bread slices, dip them in water and remove immediately.
  3. Place them between your palms and gently press out the excess water.
  4. Place a tablespoon of cheese mixture in the center of each bread slice and roll to make a kabab.
  5. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep-fry the kababs till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  6. Serve hot.
