By Sanjeev Kapoor 03 Jul 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cottage Cheese, Potato Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Cheese And Walnut Vegetable 200 grams Cottage Cheese cubed 4-5 Potato 1 inch piece Ginger chopped 5 cloves Garlic 2 Green chillies 1 medium Potato cut into batons 3 tablespoons Oil 3-4 Black peppercorns 2 Cloves 1 cup Yogurt to taste Salt 1/4 teaspoon White pepper powder Method Grind ginger, garlic and green chillies to a smooth paste. Peel and cut potatoes into finger chips. Heat oil and lightly fry the potato. Remove and drain well. In the remaining oil, add peppercorns and cloves. When they crackle, add prepared paste and fry till oil separates. Add beaten yogurt, salt and white pepper powder. Continue to cook for a minute. Add cottage cheese cubes and continue to cook till the cubes are well coated. Add the potatoes and half of the walnut kernels. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and garnish with the remaining walnut kernels.
