Ingredients for Chatpata Raw Mango Chutney - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Raw mangoes peeled and grated 2

  • Castor sugar 3/4 cup

  • Jaggery (gur) grated 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Red chilli powder 1 1/4 teaspoons

  • Dried mango powder (amchur) 1 1/2 teaspoons

  • Roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Heat a non-stick pan. Add mangoes, castor sugar and jaggery, mix well and cook till the mangoes turn pulpy.

Step 2

Add chilli powder, dried mango powder and cumin powder, mix well and cook till fully done.

Step 3

Cool and serve or store in an airtight container.
