Ingredients list for Burnt Garlic Vegetable Fried Rice

  • 3 cups Cooked rice
  • 3 tablespoons Nutralite
  • 7-8 Garlic cloves green
  • 1/2 cup Onions chopped
  • 2 tablespoons French beans chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Cabbage grated
  • 2 tablespoons Cauliflower grated
  • 2 tablespoons Carrot grated
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic paste
  • stalks Green garlic

Method

  1. Finely chop green garlic cloves.
  2. Heat Nutralite in Wonderchef Galaxy Pan, add garlic and sauté till brown. Add onions and sauté. Add French beans, cabbage, cauliflower and carrot and mix well.
  3. Add salt and cooked rice. Sprinkle ¼ cup water, add garlic paste and mix well.
  4. Finely chop green garlic stalks and add and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
