By Sanjeev Kapoor 10 Jun 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Broccoli, Almonds Cuisine Fusion Course Salads Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Broccoli and Almond Salad 1 medium Broccoli separated into florets and blanched 15-20 Almonds blanched and peeled Juice of 1 lemon to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns 2 teaspoons Olive oil Method For dressing, take lemon juice in a bowl. Add salt and crushed peppercorns. Add olive oil slowly and keep whisking. Cut almonds into halves. Heat a non-stick pan. Add almonds and roast till light golden. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Add dressing to broccoli florets and toss. Transfer in a serving bowl.
