Ingredients list for Atta Badam Laddoo - SK Khazana
- 1 1/2 cups Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Almonds
- 4 teaspoons Ghee
- 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Melted ghee
- to garnish Almond slivers
Method
- Heat 1 tsp ghee in a non-stick pan, add almonds and saute till lightly browned. Transfer into a plate and set aside to cool.
- Heat remaining ghee in the same non-stick pan, add flour and saute for 7-8 minutes or till lightly browned. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.
- Put the almonds into a blender jar and blend it to a fine powder.
- Add this to the flour along with green cardamom powder, powdered sugar and melted ghee and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into equal medium sized laddoos and garnish with almond slivers. Serve.
