Ingredients list for Boondi And Bread Pudding

  • 4 Boondi Lados
  • 6 slices Bread
  • 10 Almonds
  • 10 Pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons Pure ghee
  • 10 Cashewnuts
  • 1 1/2 cups Rabdi
  • 1 sheet Silver warq
  • 1 teaspoon Rose water

Method

  1. Blanch and slice almonds and pistachios. Take ghee in a pan and fry cashewnuts till golden brown. Reserve the ghee. Break the boondi laddoo to separate into individual boondi. Trim the edges of the bread and cut into triangles. Preheat oven to 220°C.
