Ingredients for Boondi And Bread Pudding Recipe

  • Boondi Lados 4

  • Bread 6 slices

  • Almonds 10

  • Pistachios 10

  • Pure ghee 2 tablespoons

  • Cashewnuts 10

  • Rabdi 1 1/2 cups

  • Silver warq 1 sheet

  • Rose water 1 teaspoon


Step 1

Blanch and slice almonds and pistachios. Take ghee in a pan and fry cashewnuts till golden brown. Reserve the ghee. Break the boondi laddoo to separate into individual boondi. Trim the edges of the bread and cut into triangles. Preheat oven to 220°C.
