Ingredients list for Bhajnee Thalipeeth-SK KHazana
- 1 1/2 cups Bhajnee flour
- 2 Medium onions finely chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Goda masala
- 1 tablespo as required Oil
Method
- Mix together bhajnee flour, onions, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder and goda masala in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon oil and sufficient water and knead into a semi-soft dough.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
- Place a portion on a non-stick tawa, drizzle some oil on it and flatten into a semi thick disc with dampened palms. Make holes on it and drizzle some in them.
- Place the tawa on heat, cover and cook, turning sides, till evenly golden on both the sides. Similarly, make more thalipeeths.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot with yogurt.
