Ingredients list for Babycorn Snack
- 5-6 Babycorns roasted
- 1 teaspoon Rice flour
- 1 teaspoon Gram flour (besan) roasted
- 1 teaspoon Cornflour/ corn starch
- 2 teaspoons Crushed black peppercorns crushed
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
Method
- Marinate the baby corns with rice flour, roasted gram flour, cornflour, crushed black pepper, salt and red chilli powder.
- Keep it aside for fifteen minutes.
- Heat oil in a non kadai and deep fry the baby corns till golden brown.
- Serve hot.
