Ingredients list for Avocado Smoothie - SK Khazana

  • 1 + for garnish Large avocado peeled, seeded and sliced
  • 2-3 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 Ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla ice cream
  • as required Ice cubes
  • 6-8 + for garnish Fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons Honey

Method

  1. Put avocado slices in a blender jar.
  2. Peel and break banana into pieces and add along with milk, yogurt, ice cream, some ice cubes, blueberries and honey and blend well.
  3. Pour smoothie into individual mason jars, garnish each jar with 1-2 blueberries and an avocado slice. Serve immediately.
