Ingredients list for Sitaphal Baked Yogurt - SK Khazana

  • 1 Large custard apple seeded and pulp removed
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 3/4 cup Fresh cream
  • 1/4 cup Condensed milk
  • 2 tablespo to garnish Pistachios blanched and sliced


  1. Preheat the oven at 180 ºC.
  2. Put the pulp of custard apple in a blender jar and grind to a smooth puree.
  3. Take yogurt in a mixing bowl, add fresh cream, condensed milk and custard apple puree and whisk well.
  4. Pour sufficient water into a deep baking tray to make water bath. Place 4 earthen bowls in and pour the custard apple mixture into them. Cover them with aluminium foil.
  5. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Remove for oven and keep the earthen bowls in the refrigerator to chill for 3-4 hours.
  7. Garnish with blanched pistachio and serve chilled.
