Ingredients list for Sitaphal Baked Yogurt - SK Khazana
- 1 Large custard apple seeded and pulp removed
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 3/4 cup Fresh cream
- 1/4 cup Condensed milk
- 2 tablespo to garnish Pistachios blanched and sliced
Method
- Preheat the oven at 180 ºC.
- Put the pulp of custard apple in a blender jar and grind to a smooth puree.
- Take yogurt in a mixing bowl, add fresh cream, condensed milk and custard apple puree and whisk well.
- Pour sufficient water into a deep baking tray to make water bath. Place 4 earthen bowls in and pour the custard apple mixture into them. Cover them with aluminium foil.
- Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove for oven and keep the earthen bowls in the refrigerator to chill for 3-4 hours.
- Garnish with blanched pistachio and serve chilled.
