Ingredients list for Avocado Red Pepper Salsa
- 2 Avacado chopped
- 1 large Red Bell Pepper chopped
- 1 Red bell pepper chopped
- 4 Green chillies chopped
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- to taste Salt
- to taste White pepper powder
Method
- In a bowl mix together avocados, onion, bell pepper, green chillies, fresh coriander leaves, olive oil, lemon juice, Salt and white pepper powder. Toss well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- Serve cold.
