Angoor aur Khajur ki Chutney

Ingredients
- 25-30 seedless grapes
- 250 grams seedless dates
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder roasted
- 1½ tablespoons raisins
- Salt to taste
- ¼ cup jaggery (gur) grated
Method
- Cook grapes and dates in a deep non-stick pan with 2-3 tablespoons of water on medium heat till the grapes are completely soft and mashed.
- Add red chilli powder and cumin powder, raisins and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add salt and jaggery and mix well. Cook, stirring continuously, till the jaggery is completely dissolved and well blended.
- Serve at room temperature.
