By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Medium potatoes, Processed cheese Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Aloo Cheese Sandwich 3 Medium potatoes boiled and peeled 150 grams Processed cheese block 8 Bread slices as required Butter as required Green chutney to taste Salt as required Chaat masala as required Red chilli flakes for garnish Sev to serve Tomato ketchup Method Apply butter and green chutney on one side of 4 bread slices. Slice the potatoes and arrange them on these slices, sprinkle salt, chaat masala powder and red chilli flakes. Grate cheese on top. Apply butter on both sides of the remaining bread slices and place them over the cheese. Heat a griller, grease the base of it with butter and place the sandwiches on it. Close and grill till golden brown and crisp. Place the sandwiches on a serving platter, apply butter and green chutney on top of the sandwiches and sprinkle sev on top.
