Ingredients list for Aloo Bhaja-SK Khazana
- 4 Medium potatoes peeled and thickly sliced
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- for shallow frying Oil
- for garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Method
- Put potato slices in a bowl. Add salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder, mix well and set aside for a few minutes.
- Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Add potato slices and shallow-fry, turning sides, till golden brown on both the sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
