Ingredients for Aam Ka Sheera Recipe

  • Mango Pulp 1 cup

  • Ghee 3 tablespoons

  • Semolina (rawa/suji) 1/2 cup

  • Milk 2 cups

  • Sugar 3/4 cup

  • Almonds chopped 8-10

  • Cashewnuts chopped 8-10

Method

Step 1

Heat ghee in a non stick pan, add semolina and saute on medium heat, stirring continuously, till golden brown.

Step 2

Add one cup water, mix and cook for five minutes.

Step 3

Add milk, mango pulp and sugar, mix well and cook for ten minutes.

Step 4

Add the chopped nuts and mix well.

Step 5

Serve hot.
