  1. Preheat oven to 180° C.
  2. Apply melted butter on each phyllo sheet, fold in half and apply melted butter again.
  3. Place a wooden stick at the end and roll. Remove the stick and gather the edges and shape into a roundel.
  4. Arrange all the roundels on a baking tray, keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Chop Pro V Premium Walnuts roughly. 
  6. Bring the tray out of the oven and place some chopped walnuts in centre of each roundel and sprinkle Pro V Jumbo Pistachios on top.
  7. Keep the tray back in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes. 
  8. Meanwhile to make sugar syrup take sugar in a deep non-stick pan, add 1 cup water and cook till sugar reaches 1 string consistency.
  9. Bring the tray out of the oven and pour the syrup on baked baklava rolls and sprinkle pistachio powder on top. Serve.
