Ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 tablespoon crushed green chillies
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
- ½ cup sour buttermilk
- ½ teaspoon fruit salt
- Oil for drizzling
Method
- Take rice flour in a large bowl, add green chillies, salt, coriander leaves and buttermilk and whisk well. Add 1½ cups water and whisk till a smooth batter is formed. Add fruit salt and mix well.
- Heat a non-stick shallow pan. Pour a ladleful of the batter and spread it lightly into a disc.
- Drizzle oil all around the disc, cover and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Flip the disc and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes. Use up the remaining batter similarly.
- Transfer them on serving plates and serve hot with coconut chutney.
