Ingredients
- 1 cup brown masala paste
- 1 cup green masala paste
- 2-3 tablespoons oil
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 2 teaspoons kanda-lasoon masala
- 3 cups mutton stock
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
Method
- Heat oil in a pan. Add brown masala paste and green masala paste and mix well. Add turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder and kanda-lasoon masala, mix and saute for 1-2 minutes.
- Add 3 cups mutton stock and mix well. Cook till the mixture comes to a boil. Continue to cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add coriander leaves, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot with steamed rice.
